Our houly rate in shop is $70 an hour, onsite is $75 an hour (half hour minumum onsite), below is some of the common service work that we offer at a flat rate, we also have available remote support billed in 1/4 hour increments at $70 an hour
Virus Removal
$105 complete virus removal, system cleanup and optimization, all essential updates
Operating System Reload
$140 backup, copy data and reload of operating system including all essential updates, free antivirus solution, and all legally licensed software that you bring in with your system or $105 without data transfer
Diagnostics
$35 diagnostics fee is charged unless we perform repairs
Laptop Repair
We specialise in laptop repair- DC jack repair/replacment is $150. All other laptop hardware related problems are quoted on an individual bases
Solder Rework Station
Simple solder work starts at $15 and is billed on difficulty of job, we have on staff a technician trained and certified by the U.S. military in micro electronics repair
